Went to the Swiss Alps for a few days last month. As you’d expect, when I wasn’t walking in the mountains I took loads of photos of graphic design. Had some mild paris syndrome about how dreadful most of the commercial design & advertising was (closer to that of a US supermarket than the cool stuff you find in say, Germany or the Czech Republic) but the small businesses and public infrastructure signage had their shit together.
